The Ozark Foundation is growing and seeking passionate, mission-driven leaders to join our team and help advance our mission of positioning Northwest Arkansas and the state as a premier outdoor recreation destination.
As the Foundation continues to expand its events, programs, and community impact, we are excited to announce two new leadership opportunities:
Director of Marketing & Community Engagement
The Director of Marketing & Community Engagement will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate the Ozark Foundation brand, grow awareness and participation, and strengthen engagement with our community, participants, sponsors, and partners.
This role will focus on storytelling, marketing campaigns, digital communications, community engagement, and supporting the continued growth of the Foundation’s signature events, including the Arkansas Graveler, OZ Stage Race, Arkansas Enduro Series, and other outdoor recreation experiences.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who enjoys creating compelling content, building relationships, executing campaigns, and bringing the Foundation’s mission and impact to life.

Director of Community & Youth Programming
The Director of Community & Youth Programming will lead the growth and execution of the Foundation’s youth event portfolio, currently offered under the OZ Kids™ brand.
This role will oversee the planning, operations, marketing, and community partnerships that make OZ Kids™ a premier outdoor recreation experience for youth and families across the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development, outdoor recreation, and creating memorable experiences that inspire kids to lead active and healthy lifestyles.
